The Atlantic District in Hermitage, Pennsylvania seeks a General Agent to develop and grow a local client base focused on life and health insurance protections. You will meet with individuals and small business owners to assess gaps in coverage and tailor comprehensive strategies, while maintaining ongoing client relationships.

You will collaborate with the local team, mentor peers, and lead presentations to help neighbors make informed, secure decisions for their long-term protection.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
• Proven track record of success in life or health insurance sales.
• Strong organizational skills for managing a pipeline and local territory.
• Effective communication skills to lead presentations and one-on-one meetings.
• Self-driven attitude with a focus on professional development and mentorship.
• Experience managing a book of business or leading small sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a robust client base throughout the Hermitage area by identifying unique community needs.
• Meet with individuals and small business owners to evaluate their insurance protection gaps.
• Draft and present comprehensive life and health insurance strategies that offer peace of mind to your neighbors.
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.
• Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to our local office culture.
• Provide clear guidance to help clients make informed decisions regarding their long-term security.
