The Atlantic District is seeking a General Insurance Agent to guide local residents through insurance options and ensure proper coverage for families in Susquehanna. You will maintain client records, explain policies, and handle inquiries with warmth and accuracy.

Ideal candidates hold a PA Property & Casualty license and are comfortable with insurance software. This role offers a supportive, office-based environment with flexible scheduling and a community focus.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong comfort level with computers and insurance-related software platforms.
• Clear and honest communication style, both verbally and in writing.
• Detail-oriented approach to reviewing policies and client files.
• Previous experience working in an office setting, ideally within insurance or client services.
• Understanding of the local Susquehanna community and its specific insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through their insurance options to ensure they have the protection they actually need.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our agency management system.
• Assist clients in understanding their coverage and answering questions about their policies.
• Manage incoming inquiries with a warm, helpful demeanor, ensuring every caller feels heard.
• Process policy updates, renewals, and billing questions with precision.
• Look for genuine ways to help our neighbors improve their coverage rather than pushing unnecessary products.
