This role emphasizes community networking, needs-based insurance solutions, and collaboration with underwriting to provide accurate quotes. A PA license and a proven sales track record are required.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with industry-standard CRM software and digital tools.
• Ability to network effectively within the Lebanon community.
• Understanding of underwriting guidelines and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to tailor insurance solutions for families and business owners.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through community outreach and referrals.
• Manage policy renewals and service existing client accounts with care.
• Collaborate with underwriting to ensure quotes are accurate and competitive.
• Attend local industry events to strengthen the agency's presence in Lebanon.
• Maintain documentation for all client interactions and policy adjustments.
