Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Solid understanding of risk assessment and insurance policy structures.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Clear and articulate communication style for client consultations.
• Proficiency in digital agency management systems and email software.
• Experience in building professional networks or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to evaluate their coverage needs and offer thoughtful insurance solutions.
• Manage your own pipeline to ensure consistent outreach and follow-up with prospective customers.
• Provide expert guidance on complex coverage matters to help clients make informed decisions about their security.
• Maintain accuracy in all policy documentation and client records.
