You’ll manage your own book, work with regional underwriters for favorable terms, attend local events to strengthen the network, and mentor junior staff while upholding ethical sales standards.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.
• Strong proficiency in navigating CRM platforms and digital underwriting tools.
• Ability to explain complex policy details in clear terms.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry certification.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
