The Atlantic District in Scranton, PA seeks a Multi-line Agent to build relationships with individuals and business owners, delivering tailored coverage. You’ll analyze client needs and present clear options, helping families and businesses protect what matters most.

You will manage a growing book of business, emphasize retention, and collaborate with peers to refine sales strategies while engaging in local events to strengthen community ties.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses.
• Proven history of success in insurance sales or high-volume relationship management.
• Strong familiarity with Scranton, PA community dynamics and networks.
• Proficient with digital policy management systems and agency software.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new relationships with individuals and business owners across Scranton to help them protect what matters most.
• Provide comprehensive coverage assessments to ensure clients have the right protection for their life stage.
• Present and explain various insurance products clearly, ensuring clients feel confident and well-informed about their choices.
• Manage an active book of business with a focus on retention and ongoing service excellence.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine sales strategies and share insights that help us serve our neighbors more effectively.
• Participate in local events and community initiatives to build your presence as a trusted advisor.
