As an Entry-Level Remote Client Representative , you’ll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.
Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
Schedule and confirm virtual consultations
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products and services clearly and professionally
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
Learn insurance products, systems, and client service best practices
Develop communication, customer service, and leadership skills
Collaborate with a supportive remote team
Continue building professional skills through ongoing coaching
We provide structured onboarding and mentorship to help you build confidence and develop the skills needed for success.
Training includes:

A resident Life & Health Insurance License is required before assisting clients. If you are not currently licensed, we’ll guide you through the licensing process. Licensing costs vary by state and typically include pre-licensing education and the state licensing exam.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings

- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
