The Atlantic District in Hermitage, PA is seeking a General Agent to develop a robust local client base and tailor life and health protection for neighbors. You will build trusted relationships through local outreach, educate clients on coverage needs, and contribute to a community‑oriented agency culture.

This role offers a base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with benefits such as PTO, health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and a strong focus on mentorship and professional growth

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
• Proven track record of success in life or health insurance sales.
• Strong organizational skills for managing a pipeline and local territory.
• Effective communication skills to lead presentations and one‑on‑one meetings.
• Self-driven attitude with a focus on professional development and mentorship.
• Experience managing a book of business or leading small sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a robust client base throughout the Hermitage area by identifying unique community needs.
• Meet with individuals and small business owners to evaluate their insurance protection gaps.
• Draft and present comprehensive life and health insurance strategies that offer peace of mind to your neighbors.
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.
• Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to our local office culture.
• Provide clear guidance to help clients make informed decisions regarding their long‑term security.
