You will help residents assess needs, recommend tailored coverage, and nurture ongoing client relationships within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Hold PA Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Previous consultative sales or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to explain coverage details clearly.
• Strong organizational habits to manage calendar and follow-up.
• Comfort with modern office software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local residents to understand their financial goals and risk management needs.
• Develop personalized insurance recommendations that provide true peace of mind.
• Manage an active pipeline of prospective clients while nurturing long-term relationships with current ones.
• Review existing policies regularly to ensure coverage stays aligned with the evolving lives of our clients.
• Participate in community outreach events to build local visibility and trust in our brand.
• Collaborate with the internal team to refine our approach to service and problem-solving.
