Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field is required.
- Teacher certification and state approvals are required.
- 5+ years of experience in educational technology or related industry.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Special Education educators to high professional standards.
- Monitor student engagement, progress, retention, and data to guide support.
- Observe instruction and provide actionable coaching to improve outcomes.
- Lead IEP development, implementation, progress monitoring, and meeting execution for compliance.
- Set high expectations, foster ownership, accountability, and service culture.
