Vocate Education Solutions is seeking a Director of Instructional Design to lead remote teams delivering high-quality online learning for healthcare education programs. You will shape course design strategy, mentor senior designers, and partner with faculty to ensure alignment with institutional goals.

This full-time, remote role requires a master’s degree and a track record of leading large design teams, applying competency-based and adaptive learning approaches to improve learner outcomes.

Formación

• Master’s degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum of 10 years in curriculum and instructional design with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven success recruiting, mentoring, and managing instructional designers.
• Experience with competency-based learning and adaptive learning technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop direct reports and coach designers.
• Review coursework and provide actionable feedback to faculty collaborations.
• Evolve online course-design methodologies to meet student needs.
• Refine design processes to improve speed and quality of production.
• Oversee projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project management to scope projects and set schedules.
• Onboard new instructional design staff and contractors.
• Design and develop courses as assigned.
• Maintain positive faculty-stakeholder relationships.
