Qualifications

• BS/BA and 7+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years SME in respective areas and instructional design expertise.
• Experience with instructional design software, LMS and multimedia tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs, e-learning content and instructional materials.
• Develop learning materials for internal users and occasional client training.
• Create storyboards, prototypes and engaging visual design for learning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and refine content accordingly.
