Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Instructional Designer to design and deliver human-centered learning experiences for a US-wide remote setting. The role focuses on leveraging learning sciences and UX principles to create engaging, game-inspired, and mobile-friendly content.

You will work with a range of technologies and methodologies to build virtual and blended learning experiences, driving learner engagement and outcomes across global programs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content using authoring tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and user-centered learning design.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Basic project management skills and familiarity with productivity tools.
• Experience in learning data analysis to evaluate training impact.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, incubate, test, and go live with learning solutions across clients and geographies.
• Keep the learner experience front-and-center using human-centered design in an agile environment.
• Support Global Learning Delivery Project Management in curriculum design and redesign.
• Leverage learning data to monitor performance and predict learner success.
• Conduct research on learning tools and platforms.
