Job summary

You will design, develop, and maintain virtual learning content, collaborate with the Senior Manager, Instructional Design, and use data to enhance curriculum impact. This is a remote US-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience creating e-learning content using Articulate Storyline or similar tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and user-centered design principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems or Learning Experience Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain virtual learning experiences.
• Apply human-centered design and UX thinking to improve learner engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to redesign curricula and learner journeys.
