Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Instructional Designer to craft learner-centric experiences for remote teams in the United States. You will design, develop, and evaluate e-learning content using Storyline and related tools, applying UX and learning science principles to spark engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Instructional Design, you’ll contribute to global curricula redesign, analyze learning data, and collaborate across studios to deliver impactful training programs with a focus on

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content using Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools.
• Experience with advanced audio-editing features and learning technology apps.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced PowerPoint and basic Excel.
• Basic graphic design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design learning experiences across multiple clients, verticals, and geographies.
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking in an agile multidisciplinary environment.
• Support curriculum design and redesign with the Global Learning Delivery PM team.
• Leverage learning data to monitor performance and predict learner success.
• Conduct research on learning tools and platforms.
