Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Instructional Designer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences from a remote location in the United States. You’ll apply learning science, UX, and game-inspired approaches to create impactful training for a global workforce.

In this role, you’ll develop and maintain virtual learning content, collaborate with the Senior Manager, Instructional Design, and leverage data to improve learner outcomes while exploring new tools and platforms to enhance delivery

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content using Articulate Storyline or similar tools with multimedia assets.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, user design, and learning design principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (advanced) and Excel (basic).
• Basic project management skills and familiarity with task management tools.
• Experience in learning data analysis to evaluate training impact.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain virtual blended learning experiences.
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking in an agile, multidisciplinary environment.
• Support curriculum design and redesign with the Global Learning Delivery team.
• Use learning data to monitor performance and predict learner success.
• Research learning tools and platforms to inform improvements.
