Job summary

TTEC in the United States is seeking a Temporary Instructional Designer to craft engaging e-learning experiences for global learners. This role focuses on human-centered design, UX, and data-driven improvements, with exposure to automation, AI, and game-based learning.

You will design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain virtual blended learning across clients and geographies, reporting to the Senior Manager, Instructional Design.

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, user design, and learning design principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; basic Excel.
• Basic project management skills and familiarity with task managers.
• Experience in learning data analysis to evaluate training impact.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and enhance virtual blended learning experiences.
• Create human-centered, data-driven learning content using various design tools.
• Collaborate with teams to redesign curriculum and learner experience.
• Apply learning science, UX and game-based methods to improve engagement.
