Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Temporary Instructional Designer to craft engaging learning experiences for a global audience, with remote work across the United States. You’ll design, develop, deliver, evaluate and maintain virtual and blended learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and other tools, applying human-centered design and learning science principles to boost learner engagement and outcomes.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Instructional Design and collaborate across teams, leveraging

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and learning design principles.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build, incubate, test, and go live with learning solutions across clients and geographies.
• Keep the learner experience front-and-center applying human-centered design in agile environments.
• Support curriculum design and redesign with the Global Learning Delivery Project Management team.
• Leverage learning data to monitor performance and outcomes.
• Conduct research on learning tools and platforms.
