Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Instructional Designer to design, develop, and optimize learning experiences for a global audience while working remotely in the United States. You’ll bring instructional design and UX perspectives to create engaging learning through modern technologies.

You’ll apply learning sciences, game-based elements, and data-informed improvements to build effective e-learning using Articulate Storyline under the Senior Manager, Instructional Design.

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable e-learning content creation experience.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline or similar tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and UX design.
• Experience with LMS/LXP and data-driven evaluation.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills; basic Excel skills.
• Basic graphic design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain virtual learning experiences.
• Apply human-centered design and learning science to engage learners.
• Collaborate with the Instructional Design team and stakeholders.
• Leverage data to monitor performance and improve outcomes.
• Research learning tools and platforms to inform design decisions.
