Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Temporary Instructional Designer to craft engaging learning experiences for a US-based audience. The role emphasizes learner-centric design, UX and game-style elements, and collaboration with the Senior Manager, Instructional Design.

This remote position supports multiple client programs globally. You’ll design, develop, and improve digital learning content, explore automation and AI-enabled learning approaches, and contribute to evaluations of training impact.

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content with Articulate Storyline.
• Experience using audio-editing tools for learning content.
• Experience with learning technology apps for rapid design and creating user content.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain virtual blended learning experiences.
• Keep the learner experience front-and-center using human-centered design.
• Support curriculum design and redesign within Global Learning Delivery.
• Leverage learning data to monitor performance and predict learner success.
• Research learning tools and platforms.
