Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer I (Remote) to design and develop engaging eLearning solutions for a nationwide audience.

You will create course outlines, scripts, storyboards and multimedia assets, while collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure instructional integrity and alignment with Ryder’s competencies. The role requires at least a year of experience in instructional design and proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and Camtasia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required; 1+ year instructional design experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and Camtasia expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-orientation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver impactful eLearning and other educational resources (video, microlearning, QRGs).
• Collaborate with SMEs to create courses and instructional materials.
• Develop course outlines, scripts, storyboards, and assessments across development phases.
• Apply learning methodologies to ensure audience appropriateness and effectiveness.
• Guide project management and standardize processes for instructional design.
