Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer I to join the Talent Management Team in a remote capacity.

You will design and develop engaging eLearning and training documents for a broad enterprise audience, including videos and microlearning, while collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and impact. The role requires 1+ years of instructional design experience and proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Camtasia, and the Microsoft Office and Adobe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise).
• Experience in Camtasia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver instructionally sound eLearning and other educational resources (video, microlearning, QRGs).
• Design, develop, and support learning programs as assigned.
• Develop course outlines and scripts during design/development phases.
• Apply learning methodologies to ensure audience-appropriate delivery.
• Create engaging learning activities aligned with Ryder’s goals and competencies.
• Develop storyboards for e-learning and videos.
• Utilize virtual and web-based tools (Storyline, Rise) for online learning.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create courses and resources.
• Establish guidelines for instructional design, content development, and project management.
