The role focuses on designing and developing impactful learning solutions for an enterprise-wide audience, including eLearning courses and training documents. The ideal candidate will work independently, apply modern learning methods, create storyboards, and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver engaging, effective training using tools like Storyline and Rise in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Camtasia.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver instructionally sound eLearning resources.
• Develop course outlines and scripts across design and development phases.
• Apply learning methodologies to evaluate instructional materials.
• Create storyboards for e-learning and video content.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop courses.
