Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer I to join the Talent Management Team. You will design and develop highly impactful eLearning solutions for an enterprise audience, creating courses, storyboards and training documents.

This remote role requires collaboration with SMEs and leadership, applying solid learning methodologies and project management to deliver engaging online learning experiences using Storyline and Rise within the Articulate 360 suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications or related field.
• 1+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise).
• Experience in Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning courses and training documents for enterprise audience.
• Create course outlines, scripts and storyboards throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, develop and implement courses and resources.
• Apply learning methodologies to evaluate instructional effectiveness and delivery.
