Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer I to design and develop impactful learning solutions for an enterprise audience. You will create eLearning courses and training documents, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure engaging, evidence-based approaches.

Responsibilities include storyboarding, developing scripts, and using Storyline/RISE and Camtasia to deliver timely, effective training. This is a remote role with a focus on quality and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Education, Communications or related field.
• 1+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise).
• Experience in Camtasia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver instructional eLearning and educational resources (video, microlearning, QRGs).
• Develop course outlines and scripts throughout design/development phases.
• Apply learning methodologies to analyze audience needs and effectiveness of materials.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop courses and resources.
• Establish guidelines for instructional design processes and project management.
