Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 1+ year of professional instructional design experience.
• Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise).
• Experience with Camtasia and visual/graphic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning courses and training materials for enterprise audiences.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and course outlines across design/development phases.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accurate content and effective delivery.
