Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer I to join our Talent Management Team on a remote basis.

You will design and develop highly impactful eLearning and training documents for an enterprise-wide audience, using Storyline, Rise and other tools to deliver engaging learning experiences. This role emphasizes collaboration with subject matter experts, application of solid learning methodologies, and the creation of storyboards, scripts, and multimedia resources; you will manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Education, Communications or related field.
• 1+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver instructionally sound eLearning and other educational resources (video, microlearning, QRGs).
• Works independently or with guidance from Leadership to design, develop, and support learning programs as assigned.
• Develop course outlines and all course related documents (scripts) throughout the design/development phases.
• Apply effective learning methodologies to analyze and evaluate the integrity and audience appropriateness of instructional approach, materials and intended delivery methodology.
• Design engaging learning activities that aligns with Ryder’s goals, operating principles and competencies.
