Job summary

Allina Health is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop learner-centric education experiences using a variety of formats including web-based training, ILT/vILT, video, infographics and more. The role reports to Learning and Development and focuses on designing, developing and evaluating learning solutions to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include collaborating with SMEs, creating engaging content, assessing effectiveness, and aligning programs with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in instructional design/learning.

Responsibilities

• Design learning experiences using learner-centric methods and technology.
• Develop web-based training, ILT/vILT, infographics and multimedia materials.
• Create assessments and activities to improve knowledge retention.
• Consult with customers and subject matter experts to shape education solutions.
• Measure learning outcomes and baselines to evaluate success.
