Gainwell Technologies is hiring an Instructional Designer to design and develop materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training, helping clients improve health outcomes and the well-being of the members they serve.

You will conduct needs assessments with SMEs, create engaging content, ensure accessibility, and continuously improve instructional design processes while supporting Trainer the Trainer sessions and new course introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and ID models.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives.
• Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible.
• Continuously improve instructional design processes and methodologies.
• Facilitates course delivery as needed, particularly during Trainer the Trainer sessions and the introduction of new courses to ensure proper delivery of new training materials and monitor early feedback for course improvement.
