Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of related experience in content development or instructional design.
• Experience applying instructional design methods with adult learning theory.
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Outline course concepts, determine medium, content delivery, assessments, and learning approaches.
• Define program schedules, estimates, and track progress for deliverables.
• Create instructional design for CBTs, live training, job aids, and visuals.
• Consult with stakeholders to create engaging, interactive course content.
• Ensure materials meet brand and marketing standards.
• Evaluate and update training curricula for consistency and best practices.
• Measure effectiveness of training enhancements and report findings.
