Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Learning, Education, Psychology, Health Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field; five years of instructional design experience.
• Professional certifications in instructional design, adult learning, e-learning development, accessibility, or project management are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design learning solutions that support performance objectives.
• Develop e-learning modules, job aids, facilitator guides, and other resources.
• Create storyboards, layouts, graphics, and interactions for blended learning.
• Apply adult learning principles and accessibility standards in content development.
• Manage multiple projects with stakeholder communication and timelines.
