Job summary

Inovalon seeks an Instructional Designer to collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop product training. You will maintain standards for on-demand materials for customers, partners and employees, selecting audience-appropriate methods and measurement tools to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include outlining courses, managing project content, creating CBTs and live training, and ensuring materials meet brand standards while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years in content development or instructional design.
• Experience applying instructional design methods with adult learning theory.
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Outline course concepts, determine media, content delivery, assessments and materials.
• Define program schedules, monitor tasks and report progress to management.
• Create instructional design for CBTs, live training, job aids and visuals.
• Consult with stakeholders to build engaging, interactive content.
• Ensure materials meet brand and marketing standards.
• Evaluate and update training curricula for consistency and best practices.
• Develop metrics to measure training effectiveness and report results.
• Assist with operational analysis for performance improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and learning tools.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
