Teamed is seeking a production-focused Instructional Designer with strong Articulate Rise expertise to support the development of clinical education content for gynecology. Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of instructional design experience (production-focused).
• Articulate Rise required; portfolio must include Rise-built modules.
• Exceptional writing skills with strong technical writing and content structuring.
• Experience developing learning assets beyond concepts.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong visual design capability.
• Ability to translate SME input into clear, actionable learning content.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and refine instructional content with focus on clarity and learner engagement.
• Transform slides, documents, SME input into structured learning assets.
• Develop Articulate Rise modules, PowerPoint decks, job aids and reference materials.
• Organize large volumes of content into logical, user-friendly learning flows.
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of technical/clinical information.
• Apply strong visual design principles to enhance usability.
• Collaborate with SMEs and the Lead ID to align with learning objectives.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback in a fast-paced environment.
