LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire an experienced Training & Documentation Specialist to support a high-impact training initiative. You will build and organize training content, document procedures, and develop learning materials to help end users navigate business systems.

Experience creating clear, visually appealing training materials.
Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Rise.
Experience using Articulate Storyline.
Experience using Snagit for screenshots and documentation.
Ability to learn systems quickly and document complex processes.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain training documentation, SOPs, process guides, and user handbooks
Develop eLearning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline
Capture screenshots and process walkthroughs using Snagit
Build step-by-step navigation guides and reference materials
Create training videos and multimedia learning resources
Work directly with subject matter experts and end users to gather information
Organize, catalog, and maintain training content and documentation libraries
Support SharePoint content organization and training resource management
Take ownership of projects and move deliverables across the finish line with minimal supervision
