Job summary

CEC is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning experiences that support role development, technical skill building, safety/compliance, and onboarding. This role emphasizes e-learning with Articulate Rise, video work, and Canva-driven visuals, plus instructor-led and blended formats.

Responsibilities include collaborating with SMEs, creating sequenced curricula, and managing LMS content across multiple departments to measure learner outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years designing learning programs; senior/lead level experience.
Proven ability to design sequenced, outcome-driven learning for professionals.

Responsibilities

Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and learning needs.
Collaborate with SMEs to translate field knowledge into training.
Design sequenced learning paths and curricula for role development.
Develop e-learning courses with Articulate Rise and video assets.
Package instructor-led and blended course materials with assessments.
Support LMS content lifecycle and reporting on learner engagement.
