Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking an instructional designer to lead client discovery and strategy sessions, apply adult learning principles, and design measurable learning experiences across multiple formats. You will own end-to-end development from design through QA, craft storyboards and assessments, and manage concurrent projects with proactive communication.

The role requires a portfolio of eLearning projects, proficiency in Articulate tools, and strong collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in instructional design/education/communications
• 2–4 years of instructional design or learning content development experience
• Portfolio demonstrating ownership of eLearning or blended learning projects from design through delivery

Responsibilities

• Leads 1:1 client discovery and strategy sessions
• Designs learning experiences to drive learner engagement
• Analyzes learner feedback to identify gaps and improve content
• Owns end-to-end development of learning modules from design through QA and deployment
• Develops storyboards, scripts, prototypes, assessments, and final assets
• Manages multiple projects and communicates timelines and risks
