Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Learning Content Designer in sunny California to develop engaging training materials aligned with defined learning objectives. You’ll work with SMEs and multimedia teams to create and update content, manage milestones, and ensure quality throughout the development cycle.

Ideal candidates will have 3–7 years of experience, proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline, and a strong grasp of adult learning theory.

Qualifications

• 3-7 yrs relevant professional experience.
• Ability to sign-off on applicable technical and/or clinical content.
• Experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments.
• Delivery of training in a professional or classroom setting.
• Demonstrated application of adult learning theory, analysis tools and process, evaluation tools and models, assessment best practices, and learning objective construction.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working with SMEs and stakeholders to create robust content solutions.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple development projects and deadlines.
• Ability to present clear solutions that drive alignment and cross-functional buy-in.
• Ability to work with instructional design processes, tools, and templates.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must provide work samples and/or portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Analyze role-specific learner needs and tasks to craft measurable learning objectives.
• Collaborate with team and SMEs to develop new or update existing learning content.
• Collaborate with multimedia teams to create or modify media assets.
• Proactively manage the content development process including milestones, risks, review cycles, feedback implementation, and quality assurance.
• Manage and monitor deliverables throughout the implementation, translation, and launch process.
• Evaluate learning content using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive improvements.
• Conduct technical/clinical training and sign-offs for Intuitive teams that support customer education.
• Develop and deliver training for Human Factors usability evaluations.
• Conduct lab-based skills training for physicians and care teams as needed.
