Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer for an ongoing Contract, fully remote, part time (10-20 hours weekly) to design, develop and deploy training for internal employees in the home care industry. You will create ILT, vILT, eLearning, simulations, job aids, microlearning and knowledge-library resources.

• Ability to translate performance gaps into instructional solutions across modalities.
• Experience with ILT, vILT, eLearning, simulations, and job aids.

• Analyze system functionality, business processes, user roles, tasks, workflows and requirements to identify learning needs.
• Design role-based learning solutions aligned to real job tasks in home care environments.
• Develop ILT, vILT, eLearning, and self-paced content including simulations and microlearning.
• Create course outlines, storyboards, facilitator and participant materials, exercises and assessments.
• Incorporate usability and accessibility standards and performance-based learning approaches.
• Collaborate with SMEs, system implementation teams and stakeholders.
• Support deployment, updates, and sustainment training across programs.
