Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer for a 6+ month contract. The role is 100% remote for candidates in the CST or EST time zones, focusing on multimedia eLearning development using Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Suite.

You will design courses, manage assets in SharePoint and LMS, collaborate with the Learning and Development team, and deliver videos, microlearning, and SCORM modules. Strong branding, project management, and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing multimedia-rich eLearning courses within branding guidelines.
• Proficient with Articulate Rise and Storyline; strong video-based learning capabilities.
• Over five years of eLearning design experience and media integration.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to branding updates and manager feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design educational materials aligned with branding and guidelines.
• Organize learning assets in production libraries and repositories.
• Use Jira to track progress and provide weekly reports.
• Create content thumbnails and test with SMEs and participants.
• Upload SCORM courses to LMS and videos to repository.
• Update SharePoint pages and ensure engaging learning flow.
• Write internal communications to inform stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder calls and manage feedback.
• Deliver content types: quick reference guides, videos, and modules.
• Prepare weekly status reports and contribute to QBRs/MBRs.
