Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• At least three years' experience designing and delivering clinical Instructor Led and online training for adult learners and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present clinical training programs in performance management and leadership development.
• Facilitate training sessions in classroom and virtual settings.
• Assess needs; analyze outcomes and implement learning design solutions.
• Develop and maintain ISD-based content and determine delivery modality.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information for training content.
• Apply best practices in online instructional design and current frameworks.
• Keep content up-to-date to ensure current information.
• Manage pre- and post-learning activities and communications.
• Evaluate course effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.
