McGraw Hill is seeking an Instructional Designer, Dual Literacy (ELA/SLA) for our K-12 literacy programs. This remote/office-based role focuses on planning and developing instructional materials for Dual Literacy programs in print and digital formats.

You will collaborate with content, product management, UX and creative media teams to assemble high-quality content based on product requirements, and support agile development and accessibility throughout the product lifecycle.

Competenze

• Experience with digital content development for K-12 learning.
• Ability to work on English and Spanish digital assets.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.

Mansioni

• Contribute to concept meetings, review manuscripts, and create storyboards.
• Lead alpha/beta builds for digital assets and QC both languages.
• Develop build documentation and identify workflow efficiencies.
• Perform metadata tagging, concept mapping, and digital editing.
• Provide informal training to associate instructional designers.
• Apply accessibility expertise across product development.
• Collaborate in Agile cross-functional discussions to meet schedules.
• Support digital launches with vendors by creating templates and guidelines.
• Participate in user testing and provide context to the team.
• Troubleshoot authoring tools and platform issues with the team.
