McGraw Hill is seeking an Instructional Designer, Dual Literacy (ELA/SLA) for K-12 literacy programs. This remote role may be based in one of our offices and ends on 08/31/2027.

You will collaborate with content, product management, UX, and creative media to assemble high-quality content for dual-language programs. You will contribute to storyboarding, asset development, and agile workflows, applying accessibility standards and leveraging authoring tools, LMS, and CMS to deliver outputs used by

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, ID, or related field.
• Experience with Spanish-language materials; teaching experience a plus.
• 1–3 years in digital content development for teaching/learning materials.
• Experience handling multiple projects with tight schedules/budgets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to concept meetings, storyboards, and alpha/beta builds for digital assets.
• QC English and Spanish assets and adhere to schedules.
• Create build docs and guidelines; identify workflow efficiencies.
