McGraw Hill seeks a Lead Instructional Designer, Dual Literacy (ELA/SLA) for our K-12 division literacy programs. This remote role may be based in a McGraw Hill office and collaborates with content, product management, UX, and creative media to deliver robust digital and print learning solutions.

You will design metadata tagging, script go-bys, and hi-fidelity prototypes, mentor designers, ensure accessibility, and work in an Agile framework to meet product goals and timelines.

Qualificações

• Degree in instructional technology, instructional design or related field.
• Experience with Spanish-language materials is required or preferred.
• 4+ years in digital content development for teaching and learning.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate cross-functionally to design solutions for multiple components and improve workflows.
• QC both English and Spanish language digital assets and advise on improvements.
• Create and maintain internal documentation for digital workflows and guidelines.
