Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking an Instructional Designer, Dual Literacy (ELA/SLA) to plan and develop instructional materials for Dual Literacy programs in print and digital formats. Remote option with potential office base in the United States. Project Status Worker role through 08/31/2027.

You will collaborate with content, product management, UX, and creative media teams to assemble high-quality content aligned to product requirements, and contribute to agile program planning and curriculum mapping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field required.
• Experience with Spanish-language materials is a plus (K-5 teaching preferred).
• 1-3 years in digital content development for teaching/learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to concept meetings, storyboards, and alpha/beta builds for digital assets.
• QC English and Spanish language digital assets; meet schedules.
• Develop build docs, guidelines, and review vendor work for guidelines compliance.
• Work on metadata tagging, concept mapping, script go-bys, and digital editing.
• Provide informal training to associate instructional designers.
