America’s Credit Unions is seeking an experienced Instructional Design Manager, Certifications & Designations, to lead development of curricula and certifications for credit unions nationwide. This role drives standards, supports event production teams, and champions innovative online, in-person, and blended learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Education, Instructional Design or related field.
• 5+ years in instructional design, development, and budget management within financial services.
• 5+ years coordinating in-person adult training programs.
• 5+ years of web-based/virtual training design and delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design projects from inception to completion, including budgeting and timelines.
• Develop and update instructional standards, competency models, and best practices across programs.
• Oversee creation of course outlines, learning objectives, assessments, and multimedia content.
• Ensure accessibility and brand alignment across online, in-person, and blended learning environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and implement innovative solutions.
