Job summary

Service 1st Federal Credit Union seeks an Instructional Designer to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions that boost employee performance and member service. You will collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and leaders to apply adult learning principles and modern training technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience designing eLearning content using adult learning principles.
• Ability to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
• Strong collaboration with SMEs, project teams and leaders.
• Proficiency with learning technologies and LMS administration.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and update engaging learning solutions including eLearning courses, ILT, and blended programs.
• Partner with managers and SMEs to identify learning needs and create training aligned with goals and compliance.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions and manage learning projects end-to-end.
