Job summary

Service First Federal Credit Union is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and evaluate learning solutions that improve employee performance and member service. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders to create engaging training using adult-learning principles across eLearning, ILT, and blended formats.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of instructional design, learning and development experience.
• Experience designing eLearning content using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies preferred.
• Formal certifications in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and update eLearning and instructor-led training.
• Partner with managers and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create solutions.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person trainings and onboarding sessions.
• Manage instructional design projects from inception to delivery and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Administer and maintain LMS components including enrollments, learning paths, and reports.
• Support ongoing learning initiatives and stay current with industry best practices.
