Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Institutional Business Manager for the North Los Angeles region. This remote-US role focuses on developing a strategic plan, targeting key decision-makers across physicians and hospital settings to expand the company's institutional and specialty portfolio.

You will call on a broad range of healthcare providers, communicate complex clinical messages, and travel as needed to grow the territory and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong business acumen.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage key accounts.
• Proven growth in sales across a territory.
• Strong communication of complex clinical messages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a wide geographical area targeting key stakeholders.
• Call on physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, pharmacists across medical subspecialties.
• Cover call points such as Physician offices, Hospital Pharmacy, OR, ICU.
• Communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.
• Travel with internal teams (Marketing, etc.) as needed.
• Use data sources to maximize ROI and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
• Manage territory data via a CRM system.
• Travel as needed for the territory, including air travel.
