Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Institutional Business Manager to cover the Central Valley and surrounding regions. This remote role requires proven sales leadership with healthcare stakeholders and the ability to build strategic relationships with physicians, hospitals, and pharmacies.

You will develop and execute territory plans, travel as needed, use CRM insights, and consistently exceed sales goals while navigating complex clinical information and credentialing processes.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/Healthcare sales experience.
• Ability to articulate complex clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time.
• Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory.
• Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of clinical information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a wide geographic area to target decision makers and stakeholders.
• Call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, etc., across multiple medical subspecialties.
• Communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.
• Travel periodically with internal teams (Management/Marketing).
• Use data sources to maximize ROI and capitalize opportunities.
• Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
• Manage territory information via a CRM system.
• Travel as needed for the territory (air travel).
