Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow a territory and manage key accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools (Veeva, Salesforce) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a wide territory to build a network of decision makers.
• Call on physicians, nurses, PAs, pharmacists across multiple subspecialties.
• Travel as needed; coordinate with internal teams for field presence.
• Communicate clear clinical messages in complex settings with confidence.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
• Manage territory data and opportunities in a CRM system.
• Credentialing with healthcare institutions and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Management to maximize ROI.
